Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed on collection. Customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
- — Unworn pieces with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- — Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
- — Return postage is covered by the customer unless the piece arrived faulty.
- — Custom design commissions, hijabs and sale items are final sale.
